Student Employment

Get a taste of the Financial Services industry with holiday employment

Each year, Bank of Bermuda employs around 45 high school and university students during the summer (and about half that number over the Christmas holidays). Students begin their employment relationship with the Bank through a number of different avenues: the Recruit Extraordinary People programme, the Summer Internship Programme, the Student Trainee programme, work placements, and different scholarship programmes. Holiday employment is a great way for Bermudian students to get a taste of the Financial Services industry, to gain a greater understanding of the roles and types of careers at the Bank, and to also understand where they might best fit when it comes time to graduate.
